We exclusively use specialized sportswear fabrics such as 4-way stretch cold spandex, elastic cotton, and breathable Mesh. All materials must pass tests for colorfastness and moisture-wicking capabilities.
Step 2: Manufacturing Oversight
JESMARY’s technical team directly supervises each production stage:
Stitching: Utilizing overlock and topstitching techniques to ensure durability and zero loose threads that could irritate the skin.
Fit & Form: Tailored according to standard children's size charts to ensure maximum freedom of movement.
Step 3: Final Quality Control (Final QC)
This is the most critical step before packaging. Every shirt and pair of pants is checked for:
Symmetry: Collars, sleeves, and pant legs must be perfectly balanced.
Trims & Accessories: Zippers, buttons, and waistbands must function smoothly with no sharp edges.
Industrial Cleaning: Removal of fabric dust to ensure the product is clean and fresh upon unboxing.
