The production process at Jesmary is organized according to the Lean Manufacturing model to improve productivity and reduce errors. All orders are processed through the following main steps: design development, input material inspection, semi-automatic cutting and sewing, assembly, final inspection and packaging according to export standards. The QC system consists of 4 levels: fabric inspection, semi-finished product inspection, finished product inspection and random inspection AQL 2.5. Jesmary allows foreign customers to conduct factory audits, approve PP samples, size sets, and TOP samples before mass production. Thanks to strict control, the defect rate is only under 1%, ensuring stable orders according to FOB/CIF standards.
