1. Secure Raw Material Sourcing
JESMARY only utilizes certified surface fabrics (Organic Cotton, Bamboo fiber) and TPU breathable membranes that are free from BPA, Phthalates, and lead. We strictly test for softness and non-irritating properties to ensure absolute safety for a newborn's delicate skin.
2. Real-World Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
Unlike small-scale workshops, we conduct periodic water pressure tests on every batch of TPU membrane. The membrane must guarantee 100% waterproof protection while remaining breathable to prevent heat rash or discomfort for the baby.
3. Stitching and Physical Durability Inspection
Our technicians inspect every stitch to ensure there are no loose threads and that all corners are softly rounded to avoid scratching the baby. Additionally, product samples undergo tensile strength tests to ensure the mat retains its shape after multiple machine washes.
4. Sanitization and Medical-Grade Packaging
The final stage at our factory involves industrial cleaning and sanitization. Products are packaged in a clean-room environment, ensuring that when a parent opens the package, the mat is free from any plastic or chemical odors, ready to protect their baby’s sleep.
