JESMARY – Strict Quality Control Process For Baby Waterproof Pads At Our Sewing Factory
For baby products, safety and quality are not just priorities — they are essential requirements. At JESMARY, every baby waterproof pad must go through a strict 4-step quality control (QC) process before reaching consumers.
1. Safe Raw Material Inspection
JESMARY only uses certified surface fabrics such as organic cotton and bamboo fiber, combined with breathable TPU membranes that are free from BPA, Phthalates, and lead.
We carefully inspect:
Fabric softness
Skin-friendly properties
Non-irritating materials
This ensures maximum safety for the delicate skin of newborn babies.
2. Real Water Pressure Testing
Unlike small-scale workshops, JESMARY conducts regular water pressure tests on every TPU membrane batch.
The membrane must:
Provide 100% waterproof protection
Allow moisture and heat to escape
Help prevent diaper rash and discomfort for babies
This balance keeps babies dry, cool, and comfortable during sleep.
3. Stitching And Physical Durability Inspection
Our technicians carefully inspect every stitch to ensure:
No loose threads
Smooth rounded edges
No rough seams that may irritate baby skin
Products also undergo stretch and durability testing to ensure the waterproof pads maintain their shape after repeated machine washing.
4. Sanitization And Medical-Standard Packaging
The final production stage includes industrial cleaning and sanitization. Products are packaged in a clean environment to ensure there are no plastic or chemical odors when parents open the package.
Each waterproof pad is ready for immediate use in caring for a baby’s comfort and sleep quality.
