Stitching Precision: Checking stitch density to ensure straight lines with no skipped or overlapped stitches, especially on difficult curved edges.
Hardware Assembly: Ensuring rivets and zippers are securely fastened and technically aligned with the design blueprints.
3. Load-Bearing & Shockproof Testing
An export-grade bag must withstand high-intensity use:
Weight Load Test: Bags are filled with heavy items to test the endurance of straps and connection points.
Padding Inspection: Ensuring the specialized shockproof lining is laminated flat without bubbles, providing maximum protection for the paddles inside.
4. Rust-Proof Zipper & Accessory Trial
This is the most important "touchpoint" for the user:
Smoothness: Zippers are operated repeatedly to ensure no snagging or teeth misalignment.
Anti-Oxidation: Metal accessories are carefully selected to resist rust under the impact of sweat and court humidity.
5. Final Quality Control (FQC) & Packaging
Before being boxed for export, the bag undergoes a final review:
Industrial Cleaning: Completely removing excess threads, dust, and polishing the genuine leather surface.
Visual Defect Check: Ensuring printed/engraved logos are sharp, with no flaws in color or structural shape.
